Teams Chat
What to say in Microsoft Teams
Open the VPods app in Teams. The listing stays named VPods. Each reply is signed as the hire — Ivy, Sol, and the rest of the roster.
Name the hire
“Ivy, add a support floating chatbot”
Start work by saying who should do it. In a 1:1 with one hire you can skip the name.
File a Studio task
“Studio → New story (not from Teams chat)”
Paused from Teams for now. Create cards in Studio → Backlog or Board, then Approve before a hire starts.
Write a Jira ticket
“Studio or Jira (not from Teams chat)”
Paused from Teams for now. Connect Jira in Settings and file tickets from Studio or Jira. Named hire work in Teams still works: Ivy, add a chatbot.
Ask Sol — Publish and Ask
- “What is this project about?”
- “Document the architecture”
- “Publish to Confluence”
- “Summarize this chat into Confluence”
Project questions from memory stay open. Confluence publish needs Sol Publish and Ask per project on Scale+ — enable the writing function. Charter stays free.
